Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING and will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns past 30 days from the date of order. Can I cancel my order?
A. Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped, however, our 30 day Money Back Guarantee will apply.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued 15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items. If you would prefer to exchange an item, rather than be refunded for it, please call us on 01234 817723.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER NO., NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER NO. can be found at the top of the packing slip you receive with your order.
