Customer support good, ordering process easy to use and delivery time very quick. Only reason I gave it 4 star not 5 is that the choice of products is limited. The fake tan I wanted was out of stock and after waiting 3 weeks it was still not back in stock and i had to order a different brand.
Phoning to place an order for an item for intimate personal use was daunting, but on both occasions I have dealt with Customer Service, they have been helpful in the extreme. The gentleman, particularly, detailing his own success with the item concerned! Ordering was speedily accomplished, and the delivery first class in every sense.

I find the ordering process to be very easy and delivery is always very quick too. There's only been once when my order was delivered incomplete but this was quickly resolved by one phone call to the very helpful customer support staff.

received a bonus offer(3 for 2) in the post. I was purchasing a few goods.on line and had issues when checking out and paying. I emailed the next day and customer services were extremely helpful and fulfilled my order request for advertised free item , no quabbles. I think the "3 for 2" and "get 1 free" offers are fab!
